The house has two master bedroom suites, each with spacious walk-in closets. One features a traditional wood ceiling, and the other a boveda ceiling. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, various terraces (for indoor/outdoor living), a large garden and a carport.

The countertops will be made of a white, quartz conglomerate. The carpentry will have a clear finish, to show the color of the natural wood. The interior walls will be painted a warm white color.
